Online Course in Integrative Yoga Therapeutics

Study with Bo Forbes - clinical psychologist, integrative yoga therapist, and author of Yoga for Emotional Balance

Bo has been a clinical psychologist for over 20 years and a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for more than 15 years. Her passion is the integration of yoga, psychology, and science. She has distilled this passion into the development of Integrative Yoga Therapeutics, a system which uses the most therapeutic tools of the yoga and mindfulness traditions to help people with general wellness and stress resilience, as well as mind-body issues such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, grief, chronic pain, immune-related disorders, and performance-related issues in athletes. Bo's teachings are rooted in classical yoga, yet infused with current research and a 21st-Century context.

Previously, Bo’s in-depth studies have been available only in her Boston community. Her teacher-training course has helped many yoga teachers, aspiring teachers, psychotherapists, bodyworkers, and healthcare professionals deepen their self-awareness, improve their teaching skills, and enhance the quality of their lives.

Now, we’ve expanded to a global online classroom to include yogis all over the world. For the first time, people who live far from our Boston community can participate in a unique community of online students with similar goals. With our live online modules and support system, you can participate in our virtual classroom and learn the building blocks of Integrative Yoga Therapeutics.
